Ceramic Squirrel | Woodland Animal

Woodland creatures are incredibly cute.

This sweet little squirrel is painted with a golden brown color and has enormous eyes.
His face is adorable with a lot of personality!

I made this little squirrel and all of my other creations in my home studio in the beautiful, quaint village of Manchester. Michigan.

Each piece is slip cast using plaster molds and after the mold is cast the piece needs to be dried and cleaned. It is then fired in my kiln and usually finished using acrylic paints. The piece is then sealed to protect it and keep the colors vibrant for years to come.

My pieces are made with the highest quality materials and are sure to become heirlooms and passed down for generations!
