Boo the ghost, who I adore the most.
Celebrate this Halloween season with accents of vintage ceramics such as boo the ghost to give your home a cozy vibe.

Boo is no bigger than the size of your hand, tuck him between cob webs, along a table scape, between your favorite holiday trinkets.

All ceramics, including Boo, are handmade in my private studio. Each piece is hand poured using only the finest American made ceramic clay slip. The slip is poured into a ceramic mold, that which has to set in order to be removed from the mold as greenware.
Once the piece is removed from the mold it must dry in order to prep for cleaning. The piece is smoothed, carved and sanded by hand.
Lastly each piece is fired in the kiln, cooled and painted with acrylic paints.

*Each piece is sealed using a clear varnish to protect the paint from wear.
